Trademark

Trademark is a recognizable sign that the goods and services of an establishment can be distinguished from those of others, it can be names of persons, but principally, signs such as words, shapes, letters, numbers, forms or packaging of goods. However, trademarks are not limited to aforementioned forms, rather encompass a plethora of signs that can be used to identify a product or a service.

Patents on the other hand, should not be confused with Trademarks. To put it briefly, a patent is an invention and a trademark is a word or a sign. Google, Apple, Audi and Nike are trademarks. Along with the star of Mercedes and the three lines of Adidas. However, Three-point seat belt, toaster, hair dryer are patents.

Each business must have a registered trademark. The most important assets of the giant corporations are not their capital or their stock value, but their TRADEMARKS.

Create, register and put under protection your trademark. Leave something of VALUE to the future generations.
